zoolz online backup... pure shit

So I get an online backup program... something for long term storage. Download the app and demo it for a week. I put 15Gb online and all seems well.

So I pay the $36 for a year.

ZOOLZ IS UTTER SHIT.

First no support. None. Don't even bother filling out the support from.

Second, this:

How the fuck can zoolz report a 25Mbps UPLOAD rate when my router is never hitting 2Mbps? I don't even HAVE 26Mbps service!

Platinum Plus HSI (Up to 20 Mbps Download & 2 Mbps Upload)

Not to mention that large files hang up the backup. I did figure out that you have to stop the app, the restart the zoolz service to restart it... only for it to hang again.

Udder piece of shit... of course a few days AFTER I pay I find that this is NOT an uncommon occurrence.

I bear some blame... I was stupid enough to use a program called zoolz.

Just how shitty is zoolz?

Well, it won't even remember WHAT to back up properly. That's kind of important for a BACKUP program.

Here I have the entire G:\ drive selected, if you look in the bottom left you'll see that the archive size is 300+Gb. I really don't need that drive in 'cold storage' my local backup is fine... and it will take days to upload that drive.

So I unselect it, and the archive size drop 100 or so Gb.

So I save it and then go BACK to verify the data selection... what the actual fuck!!??

This is just one of MANY issues (it still says my upload speed to 25+Mbps... on a 2Mbps cable connection) that this craptastic program has.

Run, run away!!!! This is not the backup program you are looking for!!
