If you look at photo #12, my garage is RIGHT BEHIND the pine tree on the left. You can kinda see the white door.

All the photo's seem to not include the G506 I have parked out back. No mention of my loud ass CoonHound either. Oh and the neighbor behind them is kind of 'uptight'. And the neighbor to the right of him raises 'show chickens'. Hope you like the sound of fracking chickens/roosters. Oh, and Universal Forest Products is two blocks away. Its a large saw mill that makes roof trusses. The trucks constantly drive McKnight St to get to the plant. So yeah, 18 wheelers all the time. And when the mouth breathers that work there get out they drive like, well, mouth breathers speeding out of town.

So come on down to Gordon PA!!!!

On the first photo, my garage is right behind that house. I mean like 10 feet away.

Guy that owned it (Mr. Wolfgang) was a Korean War vet, he remembered using CCKWs in the Army, but never talked about them. He died last year. House has been empty for about a year. He used to be a woodworker. Had TONs of woodworking tools.... most were just junk/rusted due to not being used. The big green shed was FULL of lumber. The lumber in the shed was probably worth more than the house.

In photo #2 you can see my garage. Note the old, rotted tire (it's actually a piece of HISTORY!) and decayed wood boards. Well, to be honest these photos are many, months old. Who am I shitting, that tire is still there!!!! hahahahahaha

Gotta love these creative camera angles. At $50k its a rip off. House is old and busted. Plus in photo #3, just to the right of the white PVC fence is a large mount of rocks. That's to (try) and stop the 18 wheelers that illegally come down Gordon Mt. Rd, lose their breaks and crash into the empty lot to the right. I shit you not. We average 1 runaway truck/car a year speeding/losing brakes and plowing into that yard. One year a semi trailer almost made it to the tree. Yeah, no kidding. An 18 wheeler was IN THE YARD. So don't ever plan on putting anything there... as it will get smashed into by some mouth breathing truck driver that cannot read and ignores the dozen signs saying don't go down the hill.

I am jealous.. the place is wired for 200A 3ph service. I wanted that run to my garage and PPL said sure, $5k.

A bargain for only $50k! Plus we could be best friends! No, you cannot borrow my tools you fracking moocher.

'As is' hahahahahaha East Biddle St is the 'better'(?) side of town. Much less traffic (although this house is on the main st). You'd be about 1/16th of a mile from me. Still close enough to be best buds but I won't walk that far unless the hounds need a walk, plus my dogs constantly shitting in your yard might get old after a while.

$97k used to be a rectory for the church that is right next door. See that big back yard in photo #33? Guess who's dogs shit there? THIS GUYS! That house in that photo was built about 5 years ago. Along that alley(?) are 3 really nice, really big, really out of place houses. And right behind those really nice houses??? You guessed it! Universal Forest Products!! Enjoy the smell of fresh sawn (sawed??) pine, guys yelling for no apparent reason, sawing and hammering, bright (BRIGHT!!!) ass outdoor lighting till 11pm and once or twice a month a train! Yes! Gordon does have train service. We're all high tech and what not with our diesel locomotives.
